Which Realtor® to use is a very important decision which impacts your most valuable asset. I previously worked in the accounting department of a large law firm in Montgomery County for eighteen years before entering the world of real estate. As an established agent with Keller Williams Realty in Montgomery County, you can be sure that my attention to detail and problem solving skills are part of my work ethic and training. When you work with me, you can feel confident that I am experienced, I receive the latest in real estate and technology training and that you will be working with an agent and real estate company that puts your needs first.
It is my genuine concern for others that is most important to me in my daily life. My strong resolve to always be the best person that I can be is what drives me each day and is what prepares me for tomorrow.
I have lived in Montgomery County for 31 years and each day am amazed at the changes of the county. I love living here and am proud to raise my daughter in such a wonderful county. She has had the luxury of being exposed to some of the best public education in the country while also learning so many vast cultures. We are blessed to live in such a fantastic community.
As a single parent, I can understand the difficulties of divorce and bring that compassion to those going through drastic changes in their lives. A large part of my client base is of those going through divorce. My eighteen year exposure to the great legal minds of Montgomery County has provided me with a large referral system. The attorneys working in Montgomery County know that they will be sending their clients to the best Realtor® to service their needs and will not only offer great negotiation skills but more importantly, great listening skills.
I thoroughly enjoy working with people to help them get to a “better place”. My unique background as a single parent and 31 year resident of Montgomery County is a benefit to clients who are experiencing significant changes in their lives, such as divorce, loss of a loved one or even families relocating. I explore options with clients while learning about them and provide them comfort in their transition that many others are unable to provide.
It is my goal to give back to the community that has helped me over the years, this is why I want you to know that I also donate 5% of my commission on each settled transaction to the National Center for Children and Families as a way for me to give back to my community. My 2009 goal is to donate $10,000 to NCCF and exceed that amount in 2010.
